A two days "Varanasi Startup Summit 2024" was organized by BioNEST-BHU in association with AIC, IM-BHU. Chief guest Prof. S. B. Agrawal, Deputy Coordinator, BioNEST-BHU inaugurated the program and discussed about the infrastructure and opportunities available for Startups in BioNEST-BHU.

MSME joint commissioner Umesh Kumar Singh emphasized the need of such programs to promote growth of startups in this region. About 100 startups, 15 VCs, BHU students and different other stake holders participated in the event. Different sessions included VCs-startups panel discussion, startups-experts interaction and startups pitching for fundraising.
